Welcome to Integrative Wellness of Charleston! We look forward to meeting you. If you’d like to complete your new patient paperwork ahead of time, you can download these forms from our website and bring them in completed. You’re also welcome to fill them out after you’ve arrived for your first appointment.

If you’re visiting with us for the first time, we’d like you to know exactly what to expect at our friendly wellnes center. We want to provide you with a great experience so that you feel confident in having chosen our office. We’ll welcome and support you every step of the way while providing comprehensive education to help you get the most out of your care.

Your First Visit

​

Your first visit will take between 30 and 45 minutes. As you enter the practice, you’ll be warmly greeted by a team member, who will provide you with your new patient paperwork if you haven’t already completed it online. You will then sit down with Dr. Rafael Llop to talk about your health history, the symptoms you’ve been experiencing and exactly where it hurts. During your time together, you will be given: 

• Thorough, comprehensive examination 

• Spinal assessment 

• Nutritional consultation

• Review of the findings

• Treatment plan options

Regular Visits

 

Your regular visits will be shorter around, 15 minutes, if you are just coming in for an adjustment. If we provide any additional therapies, the visit may be another 30 minutes to 1 hr longer.
